We are to show you how to correctly and properly sign in to www.Gmail.com login via the genuine Google’s Gmail login page and form, instead of having to go through hundreds of websites and ads before getting to your Gmail account.
Google Sign In Account = Gmail Login Account
There is no difference between Google and Gmail login sign in. In fact, Gmail is part of Google and you are actually using Google Account to sign in to your Gmail inbox. Well, you can also use your Google Account to sign into other Google’s products such as Google Drive, Google Plus etc.
Gmail Login Page
If you haven’t already read our Gmail.com Login Guide, please do so as we have important beginner’s Gmail login information in the post which includes reasons of why you have been redirecting from one website to another that full of advertisements and never get to the Gmail Login page.
In summary, you will have to head to Gmail login or Google.com homepage. From the upper right corner of Google.com page, click on the Sign in button. You will then be redirected to the Gmail Login Form. Google calls it One Google All of Google. By filling up the form and hit sign in, you will be logged into your Google Accounts.
If you’re not accessing to the form from www.Gmail.com, but instead from google.com homepage, you will not be redirected to Gmail straight away, instead you will be sent back to the Google.com home page. Don’t worry, now that you have signed into your Google Account, there should be a Gmail link on the upper right hand corner of the Google.com homepage. Click on it and you will be directed to www.gmail.com inbox page.
www.Gmail.com Login – Stay Signed In or Not
If you are not a computer geek, you probably don’t understand the meaning of “stay signed in”. In most websites or apps which requires you to perform a login, you will usually see a stay-sign-in checkbox along with the login form. This option allows Google to send a cookie to your browser to tell your browser that you’ve previously logged into Gmail the next time you open your browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer).
Hence, even after you have shutted down your computer, the next time you boot up and open let’s say your Internet Explorer and access to Gmail.com, you will straight away be sent to your Gmail account inbox page without having to login because you’ve tick the stay sign in checkbox telling your browser that you’ve previously signed in. However, this cookie has an expire timer. Depending on the browser and the Login party, the cookie may last up to a month or so if you do not ever clean up your cookie or caches.
